Returns

We must have received your order before we can issue a refund, this can take up to 14 working days.

Yes, please contact us at returns@demorprints.com, with your full name and order number to arrange a return no later than 14 days after receiving your products. We do not offer returns or refunds on any personalised prints. We also do not accept any returns without being consulted first.

Your products must be in the same condition as they were delivered. The package must be well protected and sent back to us in the original packaging. The items must be sent with tracked delivery, we will require a tracking number in order to process your refund.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are responsible for paying for your own (signed for) shipping costs for returning unwanted items. These costs are non-refundable. Our shipping costs are also non-refundable.

You will receive a refund on the card used at checkout.

Please note

All items must be sent back in the original packaging in a re-sellable condition. Otherwise under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, we may deny your request for a refund.

Shipping/Delivery

All of our orders are shipped using a tracked service. We will send you your tracking number when the item has been dispatched.

All prints are made to order so please allow 6 – 10 business days from the order date to receive your delivery. We aim to process and pack your order within 2 days of your order being placed. Please allow 2 extra business days for A3 prints. We want to ensure the quality of our prints is the absolute best and that everything is perfect!

  • Standard UK shipping – £3.95 

If your order is over £35, no shipping costs will be charged. 

All of our items are sent via a tracked service and will require a signature on delivery.




If your order has not arrived in the specified delivery time, please ensure that you have provided us with the correct details. You will be able to view your details on the ‘my account’ page. 

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, full name, address and a brief description of the issue. Unfortunately you as the customer will be at fault if you have provided us with the incorrect delivery information.

All of our products are shipped using a manilla hard board backed “do not bend”  envelope, with the products in a waterproof bag. We use numerous different shipping methods, you will be able to see what options are available when at the checkout.

All of our orders are shipped using a tracked service. We will send you your tracking number when the item has been dispatched.

Please note

Due to the nature of our products (paper/card) we will not be liable for any damage that may occur to items left in an outside ‘safe place’.

Orders

You will receive your order tracking via email once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received an email confirming your order, it’s possible that you may have entered an incorrect email. Please check ‘my account‘ and make sure you have provided us with the correct email address.

Providing the order has not yet been dispatched we will be able to make additional changes to your order. Please contact us as soon as possible and provide us with the correct information.

Please contact us straight away if you are facing this issue. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any additional changes.

You may cancel your order as long as the order has not been dispatched. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to cancel your order as we pride ourselves on quick service. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are wishing to cancel your order.

You will receive your order tracking via email once your order has been dispatched.

You will receive an email from us stating your order total and the products you have ordered along with your order number. Alternatively, you can check your order history on the ‘my account’ page.

About Products

With a personalised print you are able to have your own personal touch. Once you have chosen the design you like, you are able to customise your poster with your own text on it. Please note, we do not offer returns on personalised posters as they are printed to order.

We print our posters on 250gsm age resistant premium quality paper. Depending on the art, we either use a gloss finish to give the art a shiny look. Or a matte finish, to give the prints an overall smooth and sleek look.
